Job summary

Wingman Recruitment is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist to own day-to-day content execution across company channels, campaigns and personal-brand platforms. This remote, dayshift, full-time role demands creativity, commercial focus and strong video editing skills to quickly turn footage into polished content.

You’ll work with leadership to boost online presence, support marketing and recruitment campaigns, and manage multiple content streams with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and publishing social media content.
• Strong short-form video editing skills.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Ability to turn raw ideas into polished, publishable content.
• Strong written English, copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Experience creating branded documents, graphics and social assets.
• Understanding of social media formats, hooks, captions, CTAs and platform requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple content streams and meet deadlines.
• Experience with content scheduling and social media tools.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Opus Clip or similar.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule and publish content across company social media channels.
• Maintain posting schedules across company, personal-brand and campaign pages.
• Repurpose existing content into formats per platform.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication.
• Follow SOPs, brand guidelines and workflows.
• Maintain an organised library of footage and assets.
• Edit iPhone, tripod and podcast footage into reels and shorts.
• Turn job ads and market updates into publishable videos.
• Add captions, hooks, music, graphics and formatting.
• Produce multiple video variations to test hooks and formats.
• Create LinkedIn content for the company page and leadership brands.
• Develop content around recruitment insights and hiring guides.
• Write clear copy with strong calls to action and engage with audiences.
• Support distribution through commenting and reposts; monitor engagement.
• Assist leadership personal brands with Reels and posts.
• Review and repurpose podcast content for multiple platforms.
• Turn supplied content into branded documents and assets.
• Ensure branding consistency and high presentation quality.
