Qualifications

• Previous experience in outreach, influencer marketing, lead generation, sales, or community management is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to meet high-volume outreach goals (1,000 contacts per week).
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook is preferred.
• Proficient with Google Sheets, Excel, Gmail.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential creators, influencers, and partners through email, Instagram, TikTok, and other outreach channels.
• Send personalized outreach messages and follow up with prospects.
• Track outreach activity and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Meet weekly outreach targets of 1,000 contacts.
• Report outreach performance and provide feedback on campaign results.
