Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support US-based campaigns and partner programs. You will help develop influencer and affiliate strategies, vet partners, and coordinate content delivery with creators.

Join a hybrid team, work night shifts, and help optimize campaigns, track performance, and ensure brand compliance across platforms while building relationships with US-based influencers.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in influencer/affiliate marketing or digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopify affiliate programs, and social platforms (IG, TikTok, Facebook).
• Proficiency with influencer/affiliate tools (Modash, Aspire) and standard reporting tools.
• Clear English writing and cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing influencer/affiliate campaigns for launches and evergreen programs.
• Research and vet influencers aligned with campaign objectives; maintain databases.
• Draft outreach templates, manage follow-ups, and coordinate influencer timelines.
• Monitor competitors and trending creators; surface opportunities.
• Support influencer briefs and maintain content deliverables timelines.
• Coordinate product seeding logistics: addresses, tracking, inventory updates.
• Track content from concept to posting; ensure brand guideline compliance.
• Provide regular campaign updates to US team and flag delays.
• Maintain trackers for influencer activity and campaign performance.
• Pull reports from TikTok Shop Affiliate Dashboard, Shopify tools, analytics.
• Contribute to post-campaign recaps with insights on engagement and ROI.
• Assist with influencer agreements and usage rights documentation.
• Ensure FTC disclosure rules and brand standards are followed.
• Update gifting logs, intake forms, and campaign folders.
