Job summary

TheSoul Group is a remote-first, worldwide content and creator marketing team seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager. You will identify creators on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, and manage outreach, negotiations, and contracting for paid partnerships across industries.

You’ll evaluate creator value using analytics, maintain records in HubSpot or similar tools, and collaborate with campaign managers to hit client objectives and budgets while working asynchronously with an international team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing and creator partnerships.
• Experience sourcing, outreach, and negotiations for paid brand campaigns.
• Experience in an influencer marketing agency or dedicated department is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify relevant influencers across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, and payment terms.
• Coordinate contracting and ensure alignment with client objectives and budgets.
• Maintain records of communications and progress in HubSpot or similar.
• Collaborate with campaign managers to align creator selections with expectations.
