MicroSourcing International, a Philippine-based leader in managed services, seeks an Influencer Marketing Specialist to source creators, manage outreach, and oversee gifting and affiliate activities. The role is remote, day shift, and focused on Australian influencers to build brand content.

You will coordinate high-volume product seeding, track affiliate performance, and develop long-term creator partnerships while delivering measurable campaign outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing, creator outreach, or partnerships.
• Strong written English for personalised outreach messages.
• Ability to manage high-volume gifting and affiliate activities.

Responsibilities

• Creator sourcing across platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and vetting for brand fit.
• Outreach messaging and relationship management with Australian/UK creators.
• Coordinate product gifting and seeding campaigns at high volume.
• Onboard and manage affiliate program with codes/links and performance tracking.
