Job summary

Kwanii is seeking a Part-Time Engineering Draftsperson – Hydraulics to support the preparation, revision, and maintenance of technical drawings for hydraulic systems. The ideal candidate will have strong CAD drafting skills and the ability to translate engineering concepts into precise drawings.

The role requires experience with AutoCAD and hydraulic systems, with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Drafting, or related field.
• Proven CAD drafting experience with hydraulic systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and hydraulic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate 2D/3D drawings for hydraulic systems and assemblies.
• Develop hydraulic schematics, layouts, and fabrication drawings.
• Translate sketches and markups into detailed CAD drawings.
• Update drawings to reflect design changes and revisions.
• Prepare as-built drawings and technical documentation when required.
