Job summary

BruntWork is seeking an HRIS Data Administrator to support Deel HRIS implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration. You will lead employee data migration, system setup, workflow automation, and comprehensive HR reporting in a distributed team environment.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of hands-on cloud HRIS experience, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and a solid understanding of HR operations, data privacy, and confidential records management.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on cloud HRIS experience.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleansing).
• Knowledge of onboarding/offboarding, performance reviews, and HR data handling.

Responsibilities

• Deel HRIS implementation and configuration: map structure, access, and leave policies.
• Data migration validation and data quality checks in Deel.
• Onboarding/offboarding and records management using Deel.
• Maintain HRIS workflows and ensure data privacy controls.
