Job summary

Extenteam is hiring for a data operations specialist to support the Shared Services team. You’ll pull and review resident data in Entrata, analyze leases, applications, deposits, and ledgers, and collaborate with Revenue Management and regional managers. The role is fully remote with a focus on accuracy, independence, and timely responses.

Weekend work may be required as part of a flexible schedule. Requirements include strong Entrata knowledge, MS Office proficiency, 1–3 years of related

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to work one weekend day; schedule may be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and review of business practices and complete requests per Operations guidelines.
• Approve and change pricing when appropriate.
• Review applicant files, ensure requirements are met, and sign leases.
• Override screening in certain cases.
• Analyze ledger corrections to rent and other items.
• Ensure timely refunds of applicant deposits within policy.
