Talent Right AUS is seeking a hands-on Head of Digital Performance to lead paid media, SEO, AI search and a team of digital specialists. This remote leadership role requires strong commercial judgment and overlap with the Australian business day.

You will own performance across multiple B2B accounts, shaping Google Ads, SEO strategies and AI-enabled workflows while coaching a high-performing team. This role emphasizes challenging specialists and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Competenze

8+ years of digital/performance marketing experience, preferably in a multi-client agency with B2B lead-gen exposure.
Proven direct leadership of specialists with evidence of improving underperformance.
Strong technical Google Ads expertise and credible hands-on SEO knowledge.
Practical AI workflow/agent experience and understanding of AEO/GEO and its measurement limits.
Excellent English and senior-stakeholder communication; comfortable with Australian time-zone overlap.

Mansioni

Own commercial digital performance across multiple B2B accounts: lead quality, pipeline contribution and acquisition efficiency.
Oversee Google Ads strategy and technical aspects including Tracking, auction dynamics and budget allocation.
Lead SEO and local search strategy with audits and ranking obstacle removal.
Drive AI-first delivery model with structured briefs, reusable AI skills/agents and QA.
Ensure measurement and CRM attribution across GA4, GTM, call tracking and revenue reporting.
