Job summary

Getwingapp is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for a 100% remote, part-time role. The position is 20 hours per week, aligned to AUS time, with a salary package up to ₱50K/month. Independence and the ability to implement systems from scratch are essential.

You will drive performance campaigns on Meta/Google, manage email/CRM workflows in Klaviyo, and craft social content across multiple brands while reporting insights and optimizing outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Autonomous and able to build systems from scratch.
• Strong in performance marketing (Meta/Google Ads) and email/CRM marketing.
• Proficient in Figma, Klaviyo, Google Workspace, and paid ads platforms.
• Able to work across up to seven brands with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google).
• Build, upload, schedule, and deploy email/SMS campaigns in Klaviyo and manage CRM workflows.
• Create social media assets and schedule content across brands.
• Pull and organize performance reports, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Help establish repeatable marketing processes and organize assets in Google Workspace.
