Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our 100% remote, part-time team. You will own performance marketing, email/CRM campaigns, and social content across up to seven brands.

Execute Meta and Google ads, build Klaviyo campaigns, convert Figma designs, and analyze performance reports. 3–5 years’ digital marketing experience; highly autonomous with strong written/spoken skills; proficient in Figma, Klaviyo, Google Workspace, and paid media.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Performance Marketing: Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google). Update ad creatives and provide strategy recommendations based on results.Email & CRM Marketing: Build, upload, schedule, and deploy email/SMS campaigns in Klaviyo. Convert approved Figma designs into Klaviyo campaigns and maintain CRM workflows.Social Media Management: Schedule and publish content across multiple brands. Create social media assets in Figma using the client's provided copy and brand guidelines.Analytics & Reporting: Pull and organize performance reports across paid ads, social, email, and SMS. Track metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.Marketing Operations: Help establish repeatable marketing processes and workflows that currently lack.
