Job summary

Hire Hangar Global is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for its own BPO brand. This full-time remote role is aligned with the EST time zone, enabling strategic brand-building and demand generation for a fast-growing service-based company.

The ideal candidate will own paid media across Meta and Google, manage campaigns, tracking, and reporting, and collaborate with sales to drive growth in a global, remote team environment.

Qualifications

• Direct experience marketing a BPO's own services, not client campaigns.
• Proven ads and marketing strategy experience in BPO/outsourcing industries.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong written and spoken English with professional business communication.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail.
• Prior remote work experience and familiarity with Slack, Zoom, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategy for the BPO's own brand and growth goals.
• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Set up audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
• Create and A/B test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
• Manage ad budgets, bidding, and optimize for ROAS.
• Set up conversion tracking with Meta Pixel, GTM, and GA4.
• Oversee content, brand messaging, and digital presence.
• Coordinate with sales to align marketing with business goals.
• Track KPIs and ROI; report performance.
• Manage external vendors when needed.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for a business process outsourcing (BPO) company. This is a full-time role requiring direct experience marketing a BPO itself, not a BPO's clients. The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, and comfortable owning both brand and demand generation efforts in a fast-paced, service-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategy for the BPO's own brand, services, and growth goals
• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube)
• Set up audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences to reach decision-makers and generate quality leads
• Create and A/B test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
• Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies, and optimize campaigns to lower cost per lead and improve ROAS
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4
• Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and positioning across digital channels
• Manage social media presence, website content, and email marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with business development goals
• Track and report on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers as needed

Required Qualifications

• Direct experience working as a Marketing Manager for a BPO company itself (marketing the BPO's own services, not client campaigns) (non-negotiable)
• Proven experience managing ads and/or general marketing strategy in a BPO or outsourcing industry setting
• Hands-on experience running and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Strong written and spoken English with a clear, professional, business-facing communication style
• Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives and campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a well-established BPO
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
• Experience building employer branding or recruitment marketing campaigns for a BPO
