Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Philippines-based Marketing & Growth Lead for a Brisbane client. This remote role is an independent contractor engagement, aligned with AU business hours, with a compensation range of 2,000–3,000 AUD per month.

You will own the marketing engine from audience research and positioning through to lead generation, nurturing, appointments and conversion, working closely with the Australian team to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven senior or growth marketing experience with measurable results.
• Full-funnel marketing expertise, including lead generation, nurturing, conversion, CRM and customer journeys.
• Excellent English communication and copywriting skills, with strong brand and messaging judgement.
• Ability to independently develop, execute and optimise marketing strategies based on data and business objectives.
• Hands-on experience across content, social media, paid advertising, SEO, email/database marketing and websites.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, campaign tracking and performance reporting.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve research, content, productivity and marketing execution.
• Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded, with the ability to manage priorities without micromanagement.
• Strong ownership, accountability, problem-solving and collaboration skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategy, insights, positioning and messaging.
• Build end-to-end customer journeys for owners segments and sales handover.
• Create landing pages, lead capture mechanisms, nurture and CRM workflows.
• Manage content calendar, copywriting, social media and SEO campaigns.
• Monitor campaigns, track performance and optimise funnels.
• Collaborate with Australian team and scale processes for growth.
• Document campaigns and workflows for continuity and scalability.
