Cyberbacker Careers is seeking an Growth Backer/Outbound Sales Representative to drive outbound calls, qualify leads, and book appointments with business owners. You will conduct consultative meetings to assess client needs and align Cyberbacker solutions with client goals.

The role emphasizes full-cycle sales, CRM proficiency, and experience with English-speaking clients from the US, Canada, the UK, or Australia. This is a remote, permanent position with growth opportunities.

Competenze

• 2 years BPO sales calling experience or any role involving communication with English-speaking clients (e.g., from the US, Canada, the UK, or Australia)
• Full-Cycle Sales Experience: End-to-End Sales, Account Executive (AE), or Closing Role
• High-Ticket or B2B Sales Focus: Inbound & Outbound Calls
• CRM and Sales Tool Proficiency
• Industry-Related Sales Experience: Telco, Financial Loans, Recruitment sales

• Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting
• Make high-volume outbound calls daily to prospects using company-provided scripts and outreach sequences.
