You will be responsible for high-volume outreach, qualifying leads, and scheduling qualified appointments while maintaining meticulous CRM records. Remote work is offered, with ongoing training and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Experience setting appointments for sales or outreach.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Comfort with phone calls, memorization, and following scripts.

Responsibilities

• Call maximum leads to schedule appointments.
• Call leads promptly within set hours.
• Qualify appointments based on criteria.
• Follow up and nurture leads to set appointments.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via calls, text, and email.
• Apply scripts and sales techniques to communicate value.
• Engage in ongoing sales skill development.
• Update CRM with interaction details.
• Coordinate and manage appointment calendars.
• Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
