Qualifications

• At least 2 years of BPO sales calling experience or any role involving English-speaking clients.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to follow a script while adapting to client questions.
• Highly motivated to hit targets and climb the leaderboard.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls daily to prospects using company scripts and sequences.
• Qualify leads, build rapport, and book appointments with business owners.
• Execute sales processes and close deals.
• Conduct Business Evaluation Meetings with pre-qualified leads to assess client needs.
• Align presentations with company solutions and client objectives.
