Orca Brands in the Philippines is hiring a media buyer to manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns for multiple brands. You will build, test, and optimize high-volume campaigns, collaborate with creative teams, and focus on cutting waste while driving total sales.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads with demonstrable results.
• Proven ability to drive DTC ad spend, with clear CPA, ROAS, revenue, and scale numbers.
• Independent thinker who builds strategy from data, not just follow instructions.
• Full ownership to fix budgets, bids, audiences, structure, or creative without needing constant approvals.
• High standards and attention to detail; never settle for mediocrity.
• Fast and reliable; able to move quickly while maintaining quality.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads campaign types, bidding, extensions, and targeting.
• Strong understanding of Meta campaign structure, bidding, audiences, and learning phase.
• Ability to write ads that convert and explain why a winner works.
• Hungry to grow and proactively identify opportunities rather than waiting to be told.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution for assigned products across Google Ads and Meta, aligned to ROAS and net profit targets.
• Allocate budgets across platforms and product lines based on incremental performance and efficiency.
• Take full ownership of campaigns, scaling SKUs toward max-spend as performance proves.
• Manage campaign budgets to protect ROI and flag pacing or efficiency risks.
• Set up, launch, and manage Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and YouTube campaigns in Google Ads.
• Structure and scale non-branded campaigns; conduct keyword research and manage negative keywords.
• Write and test headlines/descriptions; manage ad extensions, assets, and asset groups.
• Set up campaigns on Meta; evaluate CBO/ABO and audience/placement strategies; manage catalog and dynamic ads.
• Run structured tests on ads, campaigns, audiences, and placements; write converting copy and explain why it works.
• Collaborate with creative/ecom teams on assets and offers; keep spend trackers accurate and up to date.
• Monitor metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, MER; report and adjust as needed.
