Job summary

VRI Crew is seeking an experienced ads specialist in the Philippines to plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. You will create audiences, manage budgets, and coordinate with client teams on ad copy and creative direction.

Responsibilities include tracking, reporting, and data-driven optimizations, plus aligning campaigns with lead pipelines using Go High Level. The role demands 2+ years of proven ad experience and familiarity with multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ads experience for brands or agencies.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience with pixel setup, events, and conversions.
• Able to measure, track, and optimize to reduce CPA/ROAS.
• Familiar with Go High Level for lead pipelines and submissions.
• Able to manage and scale large campaigns with big budgets.

Responsibilities

• Plan ad strategies based on client goals (leads generation, awareness, conversions).
• Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms.
• Create and test audiences, placements, bidding and types, and creative variations.
• Set up tracking pixels, events, custom conversions and CAPI.
• Work closely with the client team on ad copy and video direction.
• Monitor performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Produce weekly and monthly campaign reports with insights and next steps.
• Coordinate with Growth Team to improve data performance with less quality lead.
• Use Go High Level to review pipelines, track lead quality, verify form submissions, and support sales automation alignment.
