Job summary

Deployed is seeking a creative Graphic Designer & Video Content Specialist with 2–3 years of professional design experience to join our marketing team. This remote role focuses on multi-format content across digital campaigns, social media, event branding, print collateral and short-form video content.

You will translate campaign ideas into compelling visuals, maintain brand consistency and collaborate with a distributed marketing team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a corporate, agency or marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across digital, social, advertising and print design.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
• Strong proficiency in Canva, including template creation and brand-kit management.
• Experience editing short-form video content for social and digital platforms.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating digital advertising assets across multiple formats and dimensions.
• Experience preparing artwork for print, exhibitions and event production.
• Ability to interpret a creative brief and independently develop design concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across a remote and geographically dispersed team.

Responsibilities

• Digital & Social Creative Design: high-quality social media tiles, carousels, infographics, banners and campaign assets for LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram and other digital channels; create assets for paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Display and other platforms; adapt concepts into multiple sizes and formats; support development for product launches and webinars.
• Brand & Marketing Collateral: design brochures, flyers, fact sheets, eBooks, reports, case studies and other materials; develop templates for presentations and communications; ensure assets follow brand guidelines.
• Events & Booth Design: create event branding and booth graphics, pull-up banners, signage and digital displays; ensure artwork is print-ready and meets production specs.
• Video & Multimedia: edit short-form videos for social and ads; create cuts, captions, transitions, motion graphics and overlays; repurpose webinars and testimonials into shorter content.
• Creative Campaign Development: brainstorm concepts aligned to audience and objectives; propose treatments and formats; stay updated on trends.
• Creative Production & Asset Management: manage multiple requests and deadlines; prepare files for digital, print and production; maintain organized assets and coordinate with vendors.
