Job summary

Compak Talent Advisory is seeking a Graphic Designer to craft high-quality visuals for marketing, e-commerce, and corporate communications. The role includes image retouching, illustrations, and basic motion content while ensuring brand alignment.

You will collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams, contribute fresh ideas, and leverage AI-based tools to improve workflows in a fast-paced remote environment. A strong portfolio of e-commerce design is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of graphic design experience, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
• Experience creating animated GIFs alongside static creatives.
• Strong portfolio with e-commerce banners and promotional visuals.

Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing e-commerce banners, promotional creatives, campaign assets, and digital marketing visuals.
• Create static designs and animated GIFs for promotional campaigns, sales events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
• Develop modern, creative, and contemporary designs that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Ensure all creatives are visually dynamic, impactful, and optimized for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand design briefs, campaign requirements, and creative expectations.
• Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to ensure the final designs meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Maintain consistency in design quality, accuracy, and timely delivery across multiple projects.
• Participate in design assessments and deliver creative outputs for client review, quality checks, and approval.
