Job summary

MDM Systems, Inc. is seeking a creative designer to produce digital design assets for ecommerce, including website placements, emails, and promotional content.

You will create short form animated assets such as GIFs and simple videos for digital channels, and apply designs across sizes and platforms while following brand guidelines. You will work remotely, collaborating with managers and stakeholders, using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Independent work style with minimal supervision.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, spacing and composition.
• Experience using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Clear and reliable communication in a remote working environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce digital design assets for ecommerce including website placements, email marketing and promotional content.
• Create short form animated assets such as GIFs, motion graphics and simple videos for digital channels.
• Apply designs across multiple sizes, formats and platforms including web, email, and social channels.
• Work across multiple brand guidelines while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Design directly from creative briefs with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders and update designs based on feedback.
• Design assets with basic UX principles in mind to ensure clarity and ease of use.
• Ensure assets meet technical requirements including file size, layout and device compatibility.
