Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Graphic / Digital Designer to join our WFH, day‑shift team. You will create visual assets for email, website, ecommerce, social media, and digital campaigns.

Must have 3+ years of professional design experience with a strong ecommerce portfolio, and advanced Canva and Adobe Creative Suite skills. Familiarity with Klaviyo and Shopify is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic or digital design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and ecommerce design.
• Advanced proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual assets for email, website, ecommerce, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Design EDMs, website graphics, promotional materials, and social media content using established brand guidelines.
• Create and update email templates in Klaviyo and website assets through Shopify.
• Retouch and enhance product images, including product compositions, lifestyle visuals, and promotional graphics.
• Develop creative assets for product launches, promotions, partnerships, events, and paid and organic social campaigns.
• Design and update eBooks, guides, PDFs, and other digital materials.
• Adapt creative across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining consistent branding and mobile-friendly layouts.
• Maintain organised design files, templates, and asset libraries.
• Support additional creative projects such as packaging, print materials, presentations, and other marketing assets.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of brand visuals.
