Job summary

Level 9 Virtual is seeking a GHL Support Virtual Assistant to provide first-level technical support for GoHighLevel users. This full-time remote role follows a 7:00 AM–3:00 PM PST schedule and pays $5–$7 USD per hour DOE.

You will handle incoming support calls, troubleshoot GHL issues in real time, and guide clients through GoHighLevel functions while documenting unresolved items for escalation. Work from a quiet home office with reliable internet.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication for client-facing calls.
