Qualifications

• Two years' experience in travel agency, travel operations, airline, tour operator or travel customer-service environment.
• Practical experience of booking and servicing international travel; experience using travel reservation or booking platforms.
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear, empathetic communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to member enquiries by telephone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Provide travel and membership support, bookings, quotations and documentation.
• Record interactions and outcomes in booking systems; escalate complex cases per procedures.
