Job summary

Outsourced is seeking a Travel Executive to provide responsive travel and membership support to North America and ANZ customers. You will be part of the Membership Services team, handling enquiries, bookings and supplier liaison.

The role requires 2+ years in travel, strong English, and the ability to manage bookings, out-of-hours support, and travel documentation. Office-based locations include Eastwood, Alabang, Pampanga and Cebu.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in travel agency, operations, or customer-service in travel.
• Excellent spoken and written English for North America and ANZ markets.
• Strong organisation, problem solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle member enquiries via phone, email, live chat and other channels with empathy.
• Research, quote and book flights, hotels, transfers, and tours for customers.
• Coordinate with suppliers, issue confirmations and manage amendments.
• Provide clear itineraries, documentation and post-booking support.
