Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical roles.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese with LatAm recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to close senior technical hires in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles — engineering, product, and data.
• Run intake meetings with engineering managers to translate requirements into search strategies.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies using Boolean, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and communities.
• Conduct technical pre-screens and provide signals for hiring managers.
• Deliver market intelligence: compensation benchmarks and market feedback.
• Manage candidate experience end-to-end with timely communications.
• Negotiate offers and close top technical candidates against competition.
• Track funnel metrics and improve sourcing and interview processes.
• Partner with leadership on interview design, scorecards, and training.
