Alorica Inc. is seeking a Global TA Sourcing Specialist to manage recruiting operations from a remote home-based setup in the Philippines.

The role includes sourcing, pre-screening, coordinating with sites, and maintaining confidentiality across data drives, while following standard US processes for inviting applicants. The ideal candidate will have 1 year in CSR/BPO, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Open for CSR/TSR/RTA candidates.
• Graduate in any discipline OR at least 2nd year college diploma.
• Must be work-at-home capable with 10 Mbps Internet.
• Must have own computer/laptop.
• Minimum 1 year experience in CSR/BPO.
• Based in the Philippines, near Alorica sites.
• Amenable to night shift.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with TA Manager in recruiting operations.
• Source, pre-screen candidates and provide status updates.
• Adhere to standard US processes when inviting applicants.
• Communicate show-up information with assigned sites.
• Maintain confidential sourcing workflow data.
• Submit daily productivity reports to HR TA Manager.
• Adhere to time, attendance and leave protocols.
• Execute ad hoc tasks and special projects.
