Job summary

Alorica Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Recruiting Operations professional with experience in sourcing BPO. You will interface directly with hiring managers, drive the recruiting process, and screen up to managerial positions.

You will lead phone screening and scheduling, develop recruitment strategies, collaborate with the team on lead generation, and prepare recruitment reports for management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruiting Operations or Sourcing within a BPO environment.
• Screen candidates up to managerial level and assess relevance of tests and processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to drive the recruiting process.
• Assist in creating and implementing recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Execute direct interface with hiring managers and provide feedback on status.
• Establish strong relationships with hiring managers and internal customers.
• Lead phone screening and scheduling to meet daily targets and policy standards.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Team to maximize lead sources.
• Collect, summarize and generate recruitment reports for management.
• Implement near-hire training programs to support recruitment needs.
• Collaborate with sourcing, recruitment and operations to ensure SET materials reflect current specs.
• Resolve disputes and respond to escalations regarding reports.
