Job summary

Alorica Inc. is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Philippines to lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, source and assess candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs.

You will coordinate interviews, track metrics, and maintain candidate records in the ATS while building pipelines to support current and future hiring. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with knowledge of Philippine labor laws a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably high-volume.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and candidate assessment.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices is an advantage.
