Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager with global experience to lead multinational trials as a sponsor-side partner. The role is fully home-based across Europe (Bulgaria, Spain, UK or Poland) and requires oversight of study timelines, budgets, feasibility, and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Oncology/Hematology/Immunology and at least five years in multinational trials, with a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Prior sponsor-side experience.
• Experience leading global, multi-regional studies (CTM).
• Oncology, Hematology, or Immunology therapeutic area expertise.
• Minimum five years managing multinational clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Review, development and/or writing of clinical trial documents and manuals (protocols, CRFs, ICFs, CSR, regulatory documents).
• Coordinate, monitor vendor activities and feasibility.
• Develop and manage trial timelines, budget, and priorities.
• Ensure proper clinical trial supply plans and recruitment/risk plans are developed and managed.
