Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Manager II for a remote role spanning Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile or Colombia. You will oversee interdisciplinary clinical studies, ensure GCP compliance, and coordinate with clients to drive study milestones across the Americas.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to manage timelines and budget, and travel approximately 25% to sites or meetings. This position offers exposure to global projects within a leading life sciences services

Qualifications

CRO experience and relevant therapeutic experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Direct therapeutic area expertise and willingness to travel (approximately 25%).

Responsibilities

Project leadership and delivery for interdisciplinary clinical research studies.
Serve as primary liaison between client and Syneos Health to ensure study launch, conduct, and closeout.
Lead project team to ensure quality, timelines and budget management.
Accountable for the financial performance of each project; coordinate activities of study conduct partners.
Ensure TMF quality and maintenance of study information across databases and systems.
Plan, coordinate and present at internal and external meetings; prepare project management reports.
