Job summary

Syneos Health in the Philippines is seeking a senior Site Contract Specialist to manage end-to-end site contracts for multi-country studies, negotiate budgets, and ensure timely execution with internal partners.

The role requires strong contracting knowledge, vendor management, and mentorship of junior staff; you will work within SSU and site contracts teams to drive quality and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
High level of contracts management experience.
Experience in a contract research organization or pharmaceutical industry essential.
Strong knowledge of the clinical development process and contracting parameters.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
Customer-focused with ability to manage priorities in stressful situations.
Excellent understanding of clinical trial process across Phases II-IV and ICH GCP.
Good understanding of clinical protocols and study specifications.

Responsibilities

Administers all contract management processes across projects, coordinating protocol, consent, site and vendor agreements.
May lead multi-country projects, negotiating and preparing contracts and budgets for industry-sponsored trials.
Supports SSUL to agree on country templates and site-specific contracts; assists in submissions and budget proposals.
Works with Contract Managers on ongoing contract issues and timelines; ensures timely resolution.
Helps generate amended contract/budget documents and streamlines processes; proposes ideas to improve efficiency.
Maintains templates, files, and databases; trains staff on SOPs/WIs and maintains training materials.
