Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables.
• Experience with large datasets (30,000+ rows) and data quality checks.
• Ability to work independently using detailed process documentation.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Data Cleaning, Merging, Reconciliation, and Submission to survey vendor.
• Data Collection from offices outside the HR system.
• Support during live survey period, resolve data queries.
• Post-survey updates to preserve year-on-year trends.
