Job summary

Ansible Health is seeking a Program Manager to oversee multiple complex programs across clinical operations and technology. You will drive program plans, timelines, budgets, and resources in a fast-paced startup setting to deliver impact.

You must be highly organized, independent, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams while adapting to ambiguity and driving continuous improvement. Remote offshore work and EST/EDT alignment are involved.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; 0–5 years experience is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated passion for technology and ability to adapt to new tools and platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and resilience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Willingness to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple complex programs across clinical, operational, and technology initiatives.
• Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Define scope and success criteria with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Establish governance, risk, issue, and change management processes.
• Monitor progress and communicate status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Program Management, and Clinical Operations.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement, scalability.
