MicroSourcing International is seeking a detail-oriented Google Ads Specialist to support execution and trafficking of digital campaigns from a work-from-home setup. You will coordinate with account managers, ensure proper tagging, and monitor performance across programmatic environments.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in ad operations or media support, with strong Excel skills and the ability to work across US and EMEA time zones.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Media Operations.
• Familiarity with programmatic platforms and ad servers such as DV360.
• Experience trafficking IAB display and video units.
• Strong QA and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to coordinate across global time zones.

Responsabilités

• Support trafficking and deployment of digital media campaigns across programmatic platforms.
• Assist with campaign deployment across publisher environments with proper tagging and tracking.
• Ensure accurate timestamp tracking, tagging, and QA validation.
• Monitor campaigns in-flight and flag issues with delivery or pacing.
• Support campaign swaps, environment rotations, and deployment updates.
• Partner with Account Managers to execute managed-service media plans.
• Maintain documentation across forms, deployment sheets, and tracking matrices.
• Align reporting inputs with performance and timestamp data.
• Assist with campaign billing reconciliation and internal tracking.
• Help standardize execution workflows to support higher-frequency deployments.
• Maintain accuracy across global time zones (U.S. & EMEA).
• Support internal documentation and playbooks.
