Qualifications
- 3–5 years in Fund Administrator, Auditor, Accountant, or related roles in regulated environments.
- Experience reviewing financial documents against compliance checklists.
- Experience in regulated settings where accuracy and process integrity are essential.
Responsibilities
- LP communications, inbox triage, and investor updates coordination.
- Review investor entities and documents; move records to reviewed status.
- Follow up with investors for missing/incorrect information and backlog
- Generate investment schedules and assist deal closing and reconciliation
- Support compliance and flag irregularities for senior review
- Track WIP and coordinate with Heads on open items
