Job summary

Infra One, an AI-native fund administration and investment platform, seeks a Fund Administration Manager fully remote from the Philippines. You will own the operational engine for a small portfolio of venture funds, handling onboarding, closings, capital calls, deal execution, reporting, and all related legal documents end-to-end.

You will be the face to clients, in their GP WhatsApp group, ensuring rapid, accurate outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Walk a GP's new LP through subscription and KYC, diagnose why their video identification keeps failing with our provider, and get them across the line with a fifteen-minute call.
• Take a deal handoff from a GP, collect the company's corporate and AML documents, work through the CLA, ensure the conversion price matches terms, and obtain signatures and the wire within 48 hours.
• Answer an institutional LP's due-diligence questionnaire: fee mechanics, carry provisions, and cross-border tax treatment; produce reusable one-pagers for future funds.
