Job summary

Atmen Solutions GmbH is seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and deliver customer‑facing integrations by connecting our core platform with a broad range of third‑party systems. The role combines full‑stack development with systems integration to transform customer requirements into scalable software.

You will collaborate with product managers, customer success, and engineering to design, implement, and deploy solutions that fit customers’ technology ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with TypeScript.
• Backend experience with Node.js and NestJS.
• Experience building frontend apps with React.
• Solid PostgreSQL and relational DB design knowledge.
• Experience consuming and integrating external APIs.
• Good understanding of RESTful API design and HTTP protocols.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js, React, TypeScript, NestJS, and PostgreSQL.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external APIs (REST and other web services).
• Extend and customize our core platform to meet customer requirements.
• Design scalable backend services and frontend applications.
• Translate customer integration requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues across distributed systems with third-party vendors.
• Write well-tested, production-ready code focused on reliability, performance, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to documentation for integrations, APIs, and internal processes.
