Job summary

Clearview Takeoffs in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines seeks an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to own the complete accounting cycle—from data entry to financial reporting, including payroll and closings. You will maintain the general ledger, handle payables/receivables, and ensure GAAP adherence.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience, strong GAAP knowledge, proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel, and familiarity with payroll platforms such as Gusto, ADP or Paychex.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Proficient in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) and Excel.
• Experience with payroll platforms (Gusto, ADP, Paychex).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full general ledger and all bookkeeping functions.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and billing.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly.
• Prepare and post journal entries; maintain accurate records.
• Perform month-end and year-end closings and generate financial reports.
• Prepare financial statements: balance sheets, income statements, cash flow.
• Manage payroll processing and related tax filings
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure GAAP compliance and company policies
• Monitor cash flow and recommend improvements
• Maintain organized records and retention procedures
