Job summary

UNIFIN is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to oversee statutory benefits, compliance, and leave records for our Manila operations. You will work with HRIS systems, manage confidential data, and coordinate benefits such as HMO and insurance, ensuring timely reporting.

You will bring 2–3 years of C&B or HR operations experience, strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory benefits.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office; knowledge of Google Docs, Forms, and Sheets is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Capable of delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to perform occasional fieldwork for document processing.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, BIR) and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Coordinate company‑initiated benefits such as HMO and group insurance.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
• Monitor employee leaves (sick leave and vacation leave) to ensure proper tracking and compliance.
• Provide support in audits, compliance checks, and employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
• Liaise with government offices or external providers when required to process documents (fieldwork as needed).
