CS Outsource is seeking an experienced LTR Property Manager (French Speaker) to oversee the day-to-day operations of a long-term rental portfolio. The role requires fluency in French and English and hands-on experience in residential property management, tenant coordination, and vendor management.

You will manage tenant communications, lease administration, and ensure smooth property operations in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term rental property management or residential property management.
• Strong knowledge of lease administration, tenant relations, and property operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a portfolio of long-term rental properties.
• Serve as main contact for tenants, property owners, and vendors in French and English.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs, lease renewals, and terminations.
