Job summary

DOLEAD SAS is seeking a remote, freelance creative strategist to craft strategic briefs for social and search campaigns. You will bridge business and creative teams, analyze performance data, and steer messaging across Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.

You’ll collaborate with designers to ensure brand guidelines and platform specs are met, while staying ahead of trends and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an advertising agency, performance marketing environment, or marketing-related company.
• Experience creating, reviewing, or contributing to content for Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Able to combine creative thinking with an analytical mindset using performance data and insights.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to turn ideas into clear, actionable briefs.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience with project or task management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Comfortable collaborating remotely with an international team.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between business and creative teams, staying close to campaign performance and client objectives.
• Brainstorming and ideation sessions, bringing forward creative concepts and testing ideas.
• Create clear and actionable creative briefs aligned with client goals, brand identity, and performance objectives.
• Work with designers and creative teams to ensure assets meet brand guidelines and platform specs.
• Stay close to campaign performance and use learnings to improve future briefs, messaging, and direction.
• Keep up with cultural trends, competitor activity, new creative formats, and emerging platforms.
• Conduct regular competitor and market research to identify new opportunities.
