Job summary

Connext is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst in the Philippines to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional business analysis. You will craft financial insights, models, and dashboards, partnering with finance leadership to drive revenue, cash flow, gross margin, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Finance, FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, financial modeling, and data analysis techniques.
• Must have a stable employment history.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of revenue, cash flow, gross margin, and retention drivers to support decisions.
• Represent Finance in meetings by sharing insights and escalating issues.
• Maintain forecast and cash models through data gathering and variance analysis.
• Own recurring financial reporting processes and dashboards with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare analysis on gross margin, COGS variances, and price/volume/mix.
• Support annual budgeting and monthly reforecasts with leadership.
• Assist with board and investor reporting materials.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Technology, and Retail for insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data accuracy.
• Translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders.
