Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced FP&A managers to help train a foundational AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will build rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs.

The role emphasizes board-ready P&L decks, monthly flux memos, and expert-level document craftsmanship. This is a remote, part-time engagement (~5–20 hours per week) with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models.
• Track record of producing board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux commentary memos.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced fp&a managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for fp&a managers with 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance roles building forecasts and financial models to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: rolling forecast models, variance bridge decks, driver-based operating models, board-ready p&l decks, monthly flux commentary memos, and scenario sensitivity models.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
