Emi Labs is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join an executive CS team and drive impact across strategic accounts. You will act as CEO of portfolio partners, shaping account strategy, accelerating value, and partnering with leadership teams.

Responsibilities include building long-term relationships with CHROs and VP Talent, proving ROI in MBRs/QBRs, collaborating with product and sales, and pursuing growth opportunities while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing relationships with enterprise accounts across consulting, CS, or sales.
• Ability to design processes in ambiguous startup settings.
• Executive presence and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term, value-based relationships with the leadership teams and champions of our clients.
• Be the trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality.
• Deliver ROI in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs / QBRs).
• Be the voice of the customer to Emi's product and tech teams.
• Identify potential account growth (upsells) and help execute them.
