Turnitin is seeking an experienced Event Specialist to plan, execute, and evaluate a broad range of events promoting our B2B SaaS solutions in education technology. You will connect with educators, administrators, and decision-makers to create engaging, impactful experiences.

The role requires 3–5+ years in event planning for virtual and in-person formats, with strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in virtual and in-person event planning and execution.
• Experience delivering B2B events and measuring impact.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, workshops, and roundtables.
• Collaborate with regional marketing, creative, sales, and solutions engineering teams.
• Coordinate budgets, contracts, and vendor negotiations for cost-effective events.
• Drive attendance and engagement through targeted campaigns and promotions.
• Identify speaking opportunities and manage speaker coordination and AV on-site logistics.
• Measure event success using attendance, leads, and post-event surveys.
