Job summary

First Eduspec Inc. seeks a Product Specialist to present offerings and analyze school requirements. You will drive new product development, assess competition, and act as an educational consultant for the sales team in program planning and implementation.

You will evaluate IT strategies and coordinate with leaders to align education technology initiatives with client needs and market trends.

Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably Education, IT, Computer Science or Mass Communication).
With teaching experience in academic institution or conducting trainings/seminars.
Preferably with Master's Degree in Education.
Experience/knowledgeable in e-learning platforms and education technology products.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Knowledge in curriculum development.
Willing to travel and work on weekends.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed product presentations for clients.
Analyze and determine school requirements.
Drive new product development in offering and implementation.
Assess market competition by comparing our products to competitors.
Serve as educational consultant for the sales team for program planning and execution.
Recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating outcomes and trends.
Review product support requests and coordinate with BDM before activities.
Specify market requirements through market research and ongoing customer visits.
Engage with senior decision makers to apply executive-level thinking to problem solving.
