Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Financial Reporting Accountant & Internal Auditor to support group financial reporting under FRS 102 and IFRS, and to strengthen internal controls across the organization.

The role combines financial reporting and internal audit activities, involves cross-border coordination, and requires 5+ years post-qualification with ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA, strong Excel skills, and ERP system experience; remote/work from home during initial phase.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in internal and/or external audit is essential.
• Strong understanding of FRS 102 and IFRS with financial statement prep experience.
• Manufacturing or shared services exposure is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: prepare consolidated and single-entity financial statements under FRS 102 and IFRS.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly journal entries, reconciliations and variance analyses.
• Support year-end statutory accounts and audit packs for group entities.
• Act as point of contact for auditors and assist external audit process.
• Provide accounting input on new standards or treatments.
