Job summary

HedgeServ Corporation in Manila is seeking a Finance Revenue Analyst to support accounts receivable and revenue processes across HedgeServ entities globally. The role involves daily reconciliation of billings to revenue and assisting with month-end close.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, maintain ERP data in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and provide audit-ready documentation. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years’ experience, fluent English, and strong Excel are required.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.
• Fluent English skills and strong Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of client billings to accrued revenue and prepare backup for revenue adjustments.
• Identify revenue discrepancies in real time to forecast revenue accurately.
• Support month-end closing activities including reconciliations and reporting.
• Communicate with internal departments and stakeholders regarding accounts receivable.
• Handle various AR tasks such as new client set-ups and resolving billing issues.
• Provide audit-ready documentation and support.
• Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as required.
