ClinicMind is seeking a remote events and content manager to organize, promote, and coordinate our chiropractic events, webinars, and podcast. You will drive brand authority and generate qualified leads while working with a U.S. audience and healthcare focus.

You’ll manage calendars, create engaging webinars, own the podcast lifecycle, and run paid social campaigns that grow registrations and podcast reach. A strong AI tool usage mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing B2B events or webinar programs.
• Fluent, near-native English and comfort as an on-air host.
• Experience marketing to U.S. audiences; healthcare is a plus.
• Hands-on paid social advertising with measurable results.
• Podcast production experience (Riverside, Descript, or similar).
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Descript.

Responsibilities

• Manage the calendar and remote logistics for U.S. chiropractic conferences and trade shows.
• Plan, produce, and moderate a recurring webinar series.
• Own our podcast from guest booking to publication.
• Run paid social campaigns that drive registrations and podcast growth.
• Log, clean, and route every lead in our CRM within 48 hours. Data hygiene is non-negotiable.
• Use AI tools to automate content, lead processing, and reporting.
